Hybrid Work Planner is a powerful productivity tool designed to help users schedule their workdays like a pro. Tailored for hybrid work environments, this tool allows users to effortlessly plan and balance their Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Home (WFH) days in alignment with organizational requirements. With an intuitive interface and intelligent features, users can streamline their monthly work schedule while maintaining flexibility and efficiency.

- Dynamic Schedule Generation: Instantly create a monthly schedule that aligns with organizational WFO/WFH policies.
- Customization Options: Flexibly customize individual workdays by assigning different work modes or marking holidays and leave days.
- WFO Compliance Tracking: A visual indicator shows your WFO percentage compared to the required threshold, with green or red alerts to help you stay compliant.
- Day-Specific Notes: Add personal notes to any workday, such as reminders, tasks, or important events.
- Reports: Get quick insights about your hybrid work schedules, view your Yearly Report and export into excel.
- Sharing Schedule: Create publicly accessible Share Link, making it easy to share your schedule with team members or managers.
- Local and Cloud Storage: All schedules and notes are saved locally in the user’s browser for quick access. To sync data across devices and maintain backup, users can log in to the Work Sage app, which will automatically sync their local data to the cloud.
🧑🎨 How to Use
- Input WFO Percentage: Enter the required WFO percentage set by your organization.
- Generate Schedule: Click 'Generate' to automatically create a calendar filled with WFO and WFH days based on your input.
- Clear Schedule: If you need to start over, click 'X' button to reset the current month's schedule. This action will remove all entries, allowing you to generate a new schedule.
- Share Schedule: Click 'Share' to open a dialog with a 'Copy Link' button. Copy the link to share your schedule publicly, allowing others to view the current month's schedule as you’ve set it.
- Customize Your Schedule: Click on any day to modify it. You can select from:
- → WFO (Work From Office)
- → WFH (Work From Home)
- → PH (Public Holiday)
- → L (Leave)
- Monitor WFO Percentage: Track the current WFO percentage for the month. If it meets or exceeds your organization’s requirement, the percentage is displayed in green. If it falls short, it’s shown in red.
- Add Notes: Easily add notes to any day by clicking on it and entering your comments in the provided text area.
- View Reports: Access detailed Yearly Reports on the dedicated reports page. Gain valuable insights into your Work From Office percentage breakdown through an intuitive bar chart and conveniently export the data to Excel for future reference.
